What is click and collect?Updated 6 days ago

Enjoy the convenience of Click & Collect! If you’re nearby, simply choose Local Collection at checkout and place your order before 1:00 PM (Monday to Friday). You can then collect your items the very same day - no waiting in for deliveries, no extra fees, just a quick and easy way to get what you love conveniently.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be ready for collection the next working day.

Collection Hours

You can collect your order during the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Closed: Saturdays, Sundays & UK Bank Holidays

How Will I Know My Order Is Ready?

Once your order has been picked and packed, you’ll receive an email titled "Your order is ready for collection." Do check any junk or spam folders as our emails can sometimes be redirected.

Please do not arrive before receiving this email, as your parcel may not be ready and we may be unable to assist you.

What To Do When You Arrive

Here’s what to expect when you come to collect your order from our premises:

  1. Head to the main entrance of the building at Unit 17
  2. Press the buzz button and wait for a member of our team to respond
  3. Have your order number, confirmation email (printed or on your phone), and a valid form of ID ready
  4. Wait in the reception area - your order will be brought out to you

Can I Try My Items On at Collection?

To try your items, please place your order online in advance. You’re welcome to try on your purchases when collecting; however, for safety and operational reasons, our premises are not open to the public beyond the reception area.

For hygiene purposes, we kindly ask customers to avoid wearing makeup, self-tan, or strong fragrances while trying on items, as this may affect your ability to return them. 

Please note that purchasing on-site is not available. Orders must be placed online before collection. If you arrive without an order, don’t worry—you can easily place one on your phone to collect at a later time.

If something doesn’t fit or isn’t what you expected, you can return eligible items either by post or in person at our main facility. Please check our Returns Policy for full details on how to process an exchange or refund.

By Car

We’re located just off the A1058 Coast Road, near Silverlink Retail Park.

  • Head towards the A191, following signs for Whitley Bay/Tynemouth
  • Follow signs to West Chirton Industrial Estate
  • Turn onto Alder Road
  • Turn left onto Elm Road
  • Take the second left — you’ll find us at Unit 17

Note: Parking is available directly outside the building. Please park responsibly.

By Public Transport

  • Metro: The nearest Metro station is North Shields (approx. 7 mins by taxi or 25 mins on foot)
  • Bus: Several local bus routes stop near Chirton Lane or Norham Road, a short walk from our unit.

Can Someone Else Collect My Order?

Yes! If you can’t collect in person, someone else may collect your order on your behalf. Please ensure they bring:

  • A copy of your order confirmation email
  • Your order number
  • Their own photo ID

What If I Don’t Collect My Order?

We’ll hold your order for 7 calendar days. If it hasn’t been collected by then and you haven’t contacted us, we’ll return the items to stock and issue a refund.

Seasonal Notice: Our opening hours may change during holidays such as Easter, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve, with earlier closing times possible. To avoid disappointment, we recommend collecting your order as early as you can.
