When will my order be sent?
All orders undergo a processing period before they leave our warehouse.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of purchase, with our warehouse and office operating Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
Do note that we do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or UK Bank Holidays; therefore, any orders placed outside of these operating hours or during holiday periods will begin processing on the following working day.

Orders placed after cut-off times will begin processing on the next working day. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our couriers; they are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by external delays.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order moves from "Unfulfilled" (we are busy picking and packing your items) to "Fulfilled" (it has officially left us), you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Postcode Restrictions
Next Day and Saturday delivery via DPD is not available for the following postcodes: BT, PA, PH, AB, IM, IV, KW, HS. Orders to these areas will be sent using an alternative next-day service.
