Why is my refund different from what I expected?Updated 3 days ago
If your refund amount is different from what you expected, this is usually due to one of the reasons below:
- Return postage fees: If you used our returns label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The exact amount is shown in the Returns Portal before you confirm your return.
- Original shipping costs: Delivery charges paid when placing your order are non-refundable, unless your item was faulty or there was an issue with your order.
- Partial refunds (item condition): All returned items are inspected. If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our returns policy (for example: worn, marked, with makeup/tan, missing tags, missing security ribbons, or missing hygiene stickers), we may reduce the refund amount to reflect the reduced value of the item.
- Discounts and promotions: If you used a discount code or offer, your refund will reflect the amount you actually paid for the item(s), not the original full price.
- Multiple-item orders: If you only return part of your order, your refund will only apply to the returned item(s), not the full order value.
- Exchange or store credit selected: If you selected an exchange or store credit, a refund to your original payment method will not be issued.
