Why Has My Refund Amount Changed?Updated 16 days ago
If your refund amount is different from what you expected, this is usually due to one of the reasons below:
- Return postage fees: If you used our returns label, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund. The exact amount is shown in the Returns Portal before you confirm your return.
- Original shipping costs: Delivery charges paid when placing your order are non-refundable, unless your item was faulty or there was an issue with your order.
- Partial refunds (item condition): All returned items are inspected. If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our policy (e.g., worn, marked, or missing tags), we may reduce the refund amount to reflect its reduced value.
- Discounts and promotions: If you used a discount code, your refund will reflect the amount you actually paid, not the original full price.
- Multiple-item orders: If you only return part of your order, your refund will only apply to the returned item(s).
- Exchange or store credit selected: If you chose an exchange or store credit, a refund to your original payment method will not be issued.
Klarna & Clearpay Refunds
If you paid using Klarna or Clearpay, your refund will be processed back to them directly. They will then automatically adjust your payment plan or refund any instalments already paid.
Please Note: If you still have an outstanding balance, your final instalments may be adjusted or cancelled rather than a cash refund being sent to your bank account.
