Operational Hours

DressMeZee warehouse and office operate Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Operations are closed on weekends and UK Bank Holidays. Any orders placed during these times will begin processing the following working day.

Dispatch Timelines

  • Standard Orders: We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of purchase.
  • Next Day & Saturday Delivery: To qualify for same-day dispatch, orders must be placed before 1:00 pm (Monday-Friday) with this service selected. Orders placed after this cut-off will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • Peak Periods: During high-volume events such as Black Friday, Christmas, or seasonal sales, dispatch times may be slightly extended. Rest assured, every effort is made to get orders out as quickly as possible.

*Orders containing incomplete or unclear delivery addresses may take longer to process while we attempt to verify details. Certain orders may also require additional payment or security checks. If this happens, dispatch may be slightly delayed, however, you will be contacted if we need further information.

Has the parcel been dispatched?

The progress of an order can be monitored through the following status updates:

  • Unfulfilled: The order has been successfully received and is currently being picked and packed.
  • Fulfilled: The parcel has been handed over to the courier. At this stage, a tracking number is automatically issued via email (and SMS where applicable). Once orders are handed to the courier, delivery times may vary due to external factors such as local courier delays, weather conditions, or peak‑season congestion.

Order Status

If a shipping confirmation email is not received within 3 working days of placing an order, please follow these steps:

  • Check Spam/Junk Folders: Sometimes confirmation emails can be filtered incorrectly by email providers.
  • Verify Email Address: Ensure the correct email address was entered at checkout.
  • Contact Support: If the confirmation is still missing, please reach out to [email protected] for further assistance.
