You can still return your item even if you no longer have the original packaging or invoice. To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please follow the steps below:
Packaging
If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure your item is returned securely in a suitable alternative. We recommend using a strong, sealed, non-see-through, and waterproof bag or box.
Pro Tip: Please ensure any old shipping labels or barcodes are fully removed or covered to avoid any delivery delays or items being returned back to you.
Missing Invoice?
Don’t worry if your invoice is missing! You can include a note inside your parcel with the following details so we can find you in our system:
- Full name used on the order
- Order number (if you have it)
- Email address used at checkout
- Postcode or delivery address
Why this is important: Clear details allow our Returns Team to identify your parcel quickly and process your refund or exchange without any manual search delays.
- Returns without identifying info may experience significant delays.
- In some cases, we may be unable to process a return if it cannot be matched to an order.
- This is especially vital during busy periods like sales or launches!
