We know it can be easy to click the wrong option, and we’ll always do our best to help if a mistake has been made with your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Due to our fast and efficient processing times, we are only able to make changes or cancel orders within a very short timeframe.

If your order was placed between 4:00pm and 8:30am (when our warehouse is closed), there may be a chance we can catch it before it is processed. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and the correction you'd like to make (e.g. change of size or colour).

We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made before dispatch.

What if it’s already been dispatched?

If we’re unable to make the requested changes in time, don’t worry, you’re welcome to return the item(s) once you’ve received them.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for:

  • An exchange (subject to stock availability)
  • Store credit
  • A refund

Please ensure the item is returned in line with our Returns Policy.
