Yes, you can still return your item even if you no longer have the original packaging or invoice.
Packaging
If the original packaging is unavailable, please return your item in secure, sealed, non-see-through, waterproof packaging. Please also remove or cover any old labels or barcodes on the parcel.
Order details
If you’ve misplaced your invoice, please include a note inside your parcel with as much information as possible, such as:
- Name
- Order number
- Email address
- Postcode (or delivery postcode)
