At DressMeZee, we want you to love your outfit. If it isn’t quite right, all returns must be submitted through our dedicated Returns Portal so our team can track your parcel and process your request as quickly as possible.
How to Start Your Return or Exchange
- Open the Portal: Click the link above to get started.
- Log In: Enter your six-digit order number (found in your confirmation email) and the email address used at checkout.
- Select Your Items: Tick the specific item(s) you would like to return and reasons why.
- Choose Your Outcome: Select Exchange (UK only), Store Credit, or Refundfor each item.
- Enjoy a 10% Bonus: If you choose Store Credit, we add an extra 10% to your total. This is issued as a digital gift card that can be used until the balance reaches zero and is valid for one year from the date of issue.
- Download Your Label: Once confirmed, you can download or print your returns label.
- Drop Off Your Parcel: Simply take your parcel to the designated drop-off point.
Important Information
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. To keep things simple, all shipping costs and payment options are clearly displayed within the portal before you confirm your return. Depending on the service you choose, this may be handled at the point of label creation or as a deduction from your final refund.
