If you placed your order through TikTok Shop, your return must be completed directly through the TikTok platform rather than our standard portal.
How to return your item:
1. Go to TikTok Shop → Orders
2. Select the order you want to return
3. Follow TikTok’s return steps
4. Download and use the return label provided by TikTok
Important: TikTok Returns
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- We cannot accept or process TikTok Shop returns sent directly to us without an approved TikTok return request and label.
- Please include your order details (name and order number) inside the parcel so we can identify it on arrival.
