Expired or Invalid Return LabelsUpdated 10 days ago
If your returns label isn't working, has expired, or cannot be scanned by the courier, it may no longer be valid.
This can happen if:
- The label was generated more than 14 days ago
- The label has automatically deactivated
- The label has already been used
- There's been a courier or technical issue
What Should I Do?

To help us assist you quickly, please include:
- Your order number

- A screenshot or photo of the issue (if possible)
Important Information
- Return labels may expire automatically if unused.
- Generating a label does not pause or extend the return period.
- Please don't send parcels without a valid returns label or an approved return request.
- Returns sent outside the approved process may be delayed or rejected.
Our team will be able to review return eligibility and resolve most label issues within 24 hours of being contacted!
