While we prefer all returns to be registered through our Returns Portal to ensure your request is tracked and processed as quickly as possible, you are welcome to drop off unwanted items directly at our warehouse.

Warehouse Drop-Off Details:

• Register First: Please ensure you have logged your return via our portal before arriving.
• Location: DressMeZee, Unit 17, West Chirton Industrial Estate, North Shields, NE29 8SE
• Opening Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm (excluding bank holidays)
• What to Bring: Please have your order confirmation and return details ready for our team.

• 14-Day Policy: To be eligible for a refund, all returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your items.
• Secure Packaging: If you choose to post your return instead, please ensure it is securely packaged and that you keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
