Why was my order cancelled?Updated 9 days ago

We’re so sorry if you’ve received a cancellation email. We understand how frustrating that can be! Below are some of the most common reasons your order may have been cancelled:

The Item Was Out of Stock or Didn’t Pass Quality Checks

Occasionally, an item may appear to be in stock at the time of purchase, but by the time your order reaches our warehouse for processing, it may no longer be available. This can occur due to stock discrepancies or high demand during busy periods.

In some cases, an item may also be cancelled if it doesn’t meet our quality control standards during final checks. We want you to love every DressMeZee order, and if something isn’t quite right, we won’t send it out.

If this happens, your order (or part of it) will be cancelled, and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds typically take up to 7 working days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

There Was an Issue with Your Order

Orders may also be cancelled if there’s a problem that prevents us from fulfilling it, such as:

  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery information
  • Payment issues
  • Order flagged for manual review

In these cases, our team will always try to contact you via email. If we don’t hear back within a reasonable time, your order may be cancelled and refunded.
