When will I receive my Store Credit?Updated 8 days ago

Once your return has been delivered back to our warehouse, our team will inspect and process your item(s). Please allow up to 14 days from the date it arrives with us for your store credit to be issued.

How it works:

• Digital gift card (Store Credit): Credit is issued as a digital gift card code and sent to you by email. You can use it to purchase any products on our website until the balance reaches zero.
• 10% bonus (Eligible Returns Only): If you select store credit through our Returns Portal, we add an extra 10% to your credit.
  Example:

  If your return amount is £100.00, you will receive a total of £110.00 in store credit.

  *The 10% bonus does not apply to orders originally paid with store credit or gift cards.
• Check your inbox: Credit will be sent to the email address used for your original order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it doesn't appear in your inbox.

Important Details:

• Validity: Valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Returning a re-order: Refunds for items bought with credit are reissued back to the original gift card.
• Non-refundable: Gift Cards/Store Credit are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
