When Will I Receive My Refund?Updated a day ago

At DressMeZee, we aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Once your parcel has been delivered back to our warehouse, please allow up to 14 days for our team to inspect and process your return.

As soon as your return has been processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your refund details - we recommend checking your junk or spam folders just in case!

When will the money appear in my account?

Unless you have selected Store Credit or an Exchange, refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Once processed, the following timeframes apply:

  • Bank Processing: Most banks take 3–7 working days to make the funds available in your account.
  • Variations: In some cases, this can take slightly longer depending on your specific provider's processing times.

Why haven't I received my refund yet?

If your tracking shows as delivered, please rest assured that your parcel has arrived safely! However, delivery to our warehouse does not mean the return has yet been processed. Your parcel may still be:

  • Waiting to be checked into the returns queue
  • Undergoing a thorough quality inspection
  • Awaiting processing during a high-volume period
Important Information
  • Original Shipping: Delivery charges from your original order are non-refundable.
  • Return Costs: Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.

What happens if my return is rejected?

If we're unable to accept your return, we'll contact you via email with further information. For full details, please refer to our Returns Policy.
