We are now part of the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme, which simplifies the process of importing goods into EU countries. If your order is €150 or below, all VAT is paid upfront at checkout, meaning:

• No unexpected customs fees
• No additional VAT on delivery
• A smoother and faster shipping experience

How does IOSS work?  

• Orders under €150:
  • VAT and any applicable taxes are collected at checkout. 
  • There will be no extra charges when your parcel arrives.
• Orders over €150:
  • IOSS does not apply. 
  • VAT and customs duties will be collected by the courier on delivery and may include additional handling fees.

IOSS helps reduce delays and provides full transparency on costs before you place your order.
