What do I do if I've received an incorrect/faulty item?Updated a year ago
Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please email us as soon as possible if you have received an incorrect/faulty item ([email protected]). Please include your order number and some pictures of the item.
Please do not discard of your invoice, packaging or the defective item until an investigation has been concluded.
Please note: If you are returning a defective item along with the remaining items in your order, we may not be able to offer a free return.
