How do I find my tracking information?
- Email Notification: Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking link.
- Check All Folders: If you can’t see the email in your main inbox, please check your spam or junk folders.
- Request a Resend: If you’re unable to locate the tracking link, email [email protected] and we’ll be happy to resend it.
Can I track my order on the website?
Yes - you can track your order directly through our Webchat by clicking the chat icon on our website. Simply have your six-digit order number ready to receive an instant status update.
International Tracking
For customers outside the UK, please be aware:
- Transit Pauses: Tracking updates may temporarily pause while a parcel is in flight or clearing customs. This is a standard part of the international journey.
- Local Courier Handover: For some destinations, your parcel may be passed to a local courier for final delivery. A new local tracking reference is usually added to your original tracking page so you can continue to follow its progress.
