Important Notes

• Transparent Pricing: Shipping prices vary depending on the weight of the parcel. The exact shipping cost for an order can be viewed by adding items to the basket and proceeding to checkout.
• Fully Tracked: All orders are sent via fully tracked services, allowing the parcel’s journey to be monitored from the warehouse. During international transit, tracking updates may temporarily appear to pause while the parcel is in flight or clearing customs. This is a standard part of the journey.
  • For certain destinations, the parcel may be transferred to a local courier for the final leg of delivery. In these instances, a new local tracking reference may be provided on the original tracking page to allow the parcel’s progress to be monitored until it reaches the final destination.

Customs Duties

Most orders over $1,000 AUD or less generally do not incur any import duties or additional taxes. However, if an order exceeds the value of $1,000 AUD may be subject to customs duties and Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax). Any taxes or handling fees required by the Australian Border Force are determined at the point of entry and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
