Order StatusUpdated 7 days ago

Once you’ve placed your order, you can follow its progress through your DressMeZee account. Here’s what each status means:

This status confirms that your payment was successful and your order has been securely received by our system. Your order is now in the queue, waiting to be picked and packed by our warehouse team.

Please note that during peak times, sales, or new collection launches, it may take a little longer for our team to reach your order in the queue.

Fulfilled

Good news! 'Fulfilled' means your order has been carefully packaged, labelled, and has officially left our warehouse. At this point, it is in the hands of the courier (Royal Mail, DHL, or your local carrier).

Tracking Your Delivery

Once your order status updates to Fulfilled, our system automatically sends a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number and link.

Still 'Unfulfilled' after 48 hours?

If your order has not updated to Fulfilled within our standard processing times (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays), feel free to reach out to our Customer Service Team.
