We are proud to offer worldwide shipping! To ensure every parcel arrives safely and promptly, a variety of standard and express shipping options are offered to our international customers.

*Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They are calculated from the date of dispatch and can be extended during peak periods. International orders are also subject to customs clearance, which may result in additional delays beyond our control.

Important Notes

• Shipping Costs: Prices vary depending on the destination and the weight of the parcel. The exact shipping cost for an order can be viewed by adding items to the shopping basket and proceeding to checkout.
• Fully Tracked: All orders are sent via fully tracked services, allowing the parcel’s journey to be monitored from the warehouse. During international transit, tracking updates may temporarily appear to pause while the parcel is in flight or clearing customs. This is a standard part of the journey.
  • For certain destinations, the parcel may be transferred to a local courier for the final leg of delivery. In these instances, a new local tracking reference may be provided on the original tracking page to allow the parcel’s progress to be monitored until it reaches the final destination.

Customs & Duties

DressMeZee is not responsible for any customs or import duty charges. Any taxes or handling fees required by the local government are determined at the point of entry and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

Estimated delivery times do not include the time required for customs clearance in the destination country.  Due to this, we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date for international shipments.
