Our Customer Service Team is available Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and we aim to respond to all queries as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 24-48 working hours for a response during busy periods.
If it has been longer than this, or if you are using an iCloud, Me.com, or Mac.com email address, please note that Apple’s security filters can sometimes prevent our messages from appearing in your inbox.
How to ensure our emails reach you safely:
- Check your Junk and Archive folders
This is the most common place our emails may be redirected. Please check both folders carefully. If you find our message there, select Move to Inbox or Not Junk to help your email provider recognise our emails as safe. - Add us to your contacts or VIP list
To ensure you receive future updates, please add [email protected] to your contacts or mark us as a VIP in your Mail app. This helps your email provider prioritise our messages. - Check filtered messages
If you have Filter Unknown Senders enabled on your iPhone, our email may appear in a separate list. You can check this by opening the Mail app and tapping Filters at the bottom of the screen. - Search your inbox
Emails can occasionally be overlooked. Try searching for DressMeZee or your order number (for example, #123456) using your inbox search bar.
