Have You Received My Return?Updated 6 days ago

Once your return has been delivered to our DressMeZee warehouse, it will be checked into our returns queue and processed as soon as possible. Returns are handled in order of arrival.

Processing Timeframe

Up to 14 Working Days

We always aim to complete returns much sooner where possible!

During busy periods (such as sales, new launches, or bank holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is complete—please do check your junk/spam folders just in case!

How can I check if my return has arrived?

We recommend checking the return tracking information provided by your courier. If tracking shows as delivered, this confirms it has arrived with us and is awaiting processing.

Please Note:

  • Delivery to our warehouse does not mean your return has been processed yet.
  • Returns are processed in the order they are received.
  • Processing times may be longer during high volume periods.

International Returns

For some international returns, parcels are consolidated before being transported to our UK warehouse. Tracking updates may appear limited during this stage, but rest assured your return is on its way! Once it arrives at our UK site, it will be checked in as normal.
