At DressMeZee, we aim to dispatch our collections as quickly as possible. As our warehouse team work fast to get your outfit to you, there is a very narrow window in which we can amend an order once it has been placed.

Amending the size, colour, or item?

We know it’s easy to click the wrong option in the excitement of a shop! If you have noticed a mistake, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your Order Number and the correction required (e.g., “Change Size 10 to Size 12”).

  • Outside Business Hours: If your order was placed between 4:00 pm and 8:30 am (when our warehouse is closed), our Customer Service Team can often flag the amendmnet before the morning dispatch begins.
  • During Business Hours: Orders placed during the day move to the picking stage very quickly. In these cases, we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made before the parcel is sealed and dispatched.
  • Price Differences: If your requested change increases the order value (for example, switching to a higher‑priced item), we may need to cancel the original order so you can place a new one with the updated selection.

Delivery Upgrades

If you have selected the incorrect shipping option or your plans have changed and you need your items sooner, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, our team can usually take payment for a shipping upgrade (such as Next Day Delivery) to ensure your outfit arrives in time for your event.

Changing a Delivery Address

We understand that small address errors can happen, such as a missing house number or a typo.

If you notice an issue, please contact us straight away with your six-digit order number and the corrected details.

  • Small Adjustments: Minor corrections such as, updating a house number or fixing a spelling error can usually be made as long as the order has not yet been processed for dispatch.
  • Significant Changes: For security and fraud‑prevention reasons, we are generally unable to change the delivery address to a completely different location (such as a different town, city, or postcode) once an order has been confirmed.
  • If it's already dispatched: Once your parcel is with the courier, we are unable to amend the delivery details.


 We recommend monitoring your tracking link closely, as the courier may offer diversion options such as delivery to a neighbour or a local pickup point.

Updating your Email Address

If you realised there was a typo in your email address at checkout, please reach out to us right away. To help our team locate your account swiftly, please provide your Full Delivery Address. Once located, we can update your contact information to ensure you receive your order confirmation and all-important tracking updates.

What if my order has already been dispatched?

If we are unable to make the requested changes in time, please don't worry. You are more than welcome to return the item(s) to us once they arrive. In accordance with our Returns Policy, you have 14 days from delivery to return your items for an exchange, store credit, or a refund.
