Important Information
- Order Values: All orders are declared at their full and correct value, and we are unable to alter or amend them.
- Fully Tracked: All orders are sent via fully tracked services, allowing the parcel’s journey to be monitored from the warehouse to the final destination. During international transit, tracking updates may temporarily appear to pause while the parcel is in flight or clearing customs; this is a standard part of the journey.
- For certain regions, the parcel may be transferred to a local courier for the final leg of delivery. In these instances, a new local tracking reference may be provided on the original tracking page to allow progress to be monitored.
- Tax Documentation: Should a customer require a refund or reimbursement for any taxes paid, the local US tax or customs office must be contacted directly.
