Can I Exchange an Item?Updated a day ago
At DressMeZee, we want you to love your outfit. If it isn’t quite right, you can request an exchange for an alternative size or a different product through our Returns Portal, provided your return is submitted within 14 days of delivery and the item meets our Returns Policy conditions.
Exchanges are available for UK customers only.
When creating your return, simply select Exchange in the Returns Portal and choose your next item.
If the new item is the same price, no additional payment is required. If the replacement item costs more, you’ll be asked to pay the difference. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method once your return has been processed.
Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 days for it to be inspected and processed by our Returns Team. During busy periods such as sales, launches, or seasonal peaks, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always aim to complete exchanges as quickly as possible.
Once your exchange has been approved and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your updated tracking details.
If your requested exchange item is out of stock at the time your return is processed, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
- Exchanges are available for eligible items only.
- All items must be unworn, unused, and returned in line with our Returns Policy.
- Tags and hygiene protections must remain intact where applicable.
- Exchange availability is not guaranteed until your return has been received and processed.
- We are unable to reserve or hold items while a return is in transit.
Need your exchange urgently? We highly recommend placing a new order online today and returning your original item separately for a full refund. This ensures your new outfit arrives in time for your event!
International Orders
If you placed an international order, you will need to return your item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size or product. This ensures faster processing and avoids delays caused by international return transit times.
Return shipping costs and any customs or import fees for international returns remain the customer’s responsibility.
