DressMeZee is committed to ensuring every order reaches its destination safely. If delivery is taking longer than expected, please allow an additional 1-2 working days for delivery. Delays can occasionally occur during busy seasonal periods (such as Black Friday or Christmas), public holidays, or due to adverse weather conditions. Progress can be monitored via the tracking link provided in the dispatch email.
Initial Delivery Checks
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the parcel cannot be found, please complete the following checks:
- Check with household members or neighbours - Someone may have accepted it on your behalf.
- Inspect around your property - Look in common delivery areas such as porches, gardens, sheds, bins and any sheltered areas.
- Look at reception or secure parcel locations - Including parcel lockers or building reception desks.
- Verify with local courier or delivery service - If possible, contact the courier using your tracking number for further updates or proof of delivery.
If the parcel is still missing after completing these checks, please email [email protected] within 7-days of the estimated or confirmed delivery date. Include your six‑digit order number and any relevant details.
Courier Investigation Process
Once you contact us, we will liaise with the courier to initiate an investigation. This process is thorough and may involve:
- Verifying delivery confirmation and GPS tracking data.
- Reviewing photographic or signature proof of delivery.
- Confirming recipient details and the accuracy of the shipping address provided.
- Escalating the case to courier loss prevention teams or local law enforcement if required.
How long do investigations take?
Courier investigations typically take 5–10 working days to finalise, depending on the courier and the complexity of the case. During this period, we are unable to speed up the process or provide further updates until the courier has completed their review. We will always contact you as soon as we receive their conclusion.
Additional Evidence
In certain cases, we may request further evidence to support the courier investigation. This may include:
- A crime reference number issued by your local police.
- Security footage, such as Ring doorbell recordings (including Ring, Nest, or similar devices), CCTV, or other relevant video covering the estimated delivery timeframe.
These requests are standard practice for parcels marked as "Delivered" and help the courier verify all available details. Please note: If requested evidence is not provided, it could affect the outcome of the claim, and the investigation may be closed without resolution.
Outcome
If the courier officially confirms the parcel is lost, a refund or replacement will be offered.
DressMeZee reserves the right to fully investigate all claims. Any false or fraudulent claims are taken seriously and result in account suspension or further legal action.
