To help us assist you efficiently, please avoid sending the same message across multiple platforms, as this can delay our response time. All enquiries are answered in the order they are received.
Response Times
Our Customer Service Team is available Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
We aim to respond as quickly as possible, but during busy periods, please allow 24–48 working hours for a reply.
Outside peak times, responses are typically within 72 hours.
Not receiving our emails?
If you’re using iCloud, Me.com, or Mac.com email addresses, Apple’s security filters may sometimes prevent our emails from appearing in your main inbox.
How to ensure our emails reach you safely:
- Check your Junk and Archive folders: Emails can be incorrectly filtered. If you find our message there, select “Move to Inbox” or mark it as “Not Junk.”
- Add us to your contacts or VIP list: Add [email protected] to your contacts or mark us as a VIP in the Mail app to prevent future messages being filtered.
- Check filtered messages: If you have ‘Filter Unknown Senders’ enabled on your iPhone, our email may appear in a filtered folder.
Open the Mail app → tap Filters → review the filtered list. - Search your inbox: Try searching for “DressMeZee” or your order number (e.g., #123456) using your email search bar.
