Can I change Store Credit to a Refund?Updated 4 days ago
If you selected store credit when creating your return but would prefer a refund back to your original payment method, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible.
In some cases, we may be able to cancel or reset your return request so you can choose a different refund option through the Returns Portal.
To avoid delays, we strongly recommend getting in touch before your return has been fully processed or before your store credit has been issued.
Important information
- Once store credit has been issued as a digital gift card, we may be unable to reverse it or convert it into a direct refund.
- Store credit and refunds are processed differently, so timing is important if you wish to change your selected option.
- If your return has already been completed or closed, changes to the refund method may no longer be possible.
