Can I Change My Store Credit to a Refund?Updated 4 days ago

If you selected Store Credit when registering your return but would prefer a refund back to your original payment method, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible.

In most cases, our team can reset your return request so you can select your preferred option through the Returns Portal. To avoid any disappointment, we strongly recommend getting in touch before your parcel arrives at our warehouse or before your credit has been issued.

Important Information

  • Point of No Return: Once store credit has been issued as a digital voucher, our team are strictly unable to reverse this or convert it into a cash refund.
  • Processing Windows: Store credit and refunds are handled through entirely separate systems, so timing is everything if you change your mind!
  • Completed Returns: If your return has already been processed and closed by our warehouse team, changes to your payout method are no longer possible.
