We always encourage our customers to use Clearpay responsibly. If you cannot make a payment, please contact Clearpay here.
If you miss a payment, Clearpay will pause your account, meaning you won’t be able to make any further purchases until your account is back up to date.
Clearpay gives you until 11pm the following day to make your payment. If it’s still unpaid after this time, a £6 late fee will be applied. If the payment remains unpaid after 7 days, a further £6 late fee may be added.
For orders under £24, the maximum late fee is £6. For orders of £24 or more, total late fees will not exceed 25% of the order value or £36, whichever is lower.
If payments remain outstanding, the debt may be passed to a collection agency and this could affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future.
