Payment is due 30 days from the date your items are dispatched. Klarna provides several tools to help ensure you stay on schedule:

• Payment Reminders:
  To help you manage your balance, Klarna will send a reminder two days before your payment is due. These alerts are sent via push notifications from the Klarna app or via email.
• Overdue Payments:
  If a payment becomes significantly overdue, Klarna may also reach out via text or letter to ensure you are aware of the outstanding balance.
• Credit Score Impact:
  Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s Pay Later in 30 Days service, even in the event of a late or missed payment.
• Future Eligibility:
  Please be aware that while a missed payment does not affect your credit rating, it may impact your ability to be approved for Klarna services on future orders.

If you have returned items from your order, we recommend using the Report a Return feature in the Klarna app. This will pause your statement so you aren't asked to pay for items while we are still processing your return at our warehouse.
