Shopping Our 'Perfectly Imperfect' RangeUpdated 9 hours ago

At DressMeZee, we believe in reducing waste and giving every gorgeous item a chance to shine! From time to time, we offer products with minor, non-structural imperfections at a discounted price. These pieces are always clearly marked, so you’ll know exactly what you’re buying.

Looking for a specific item?

We have lots of unique pieces in our archives, including previous collections and items with minor imperfections. You never know what gems we might have hidden away!

If you're after a particular item that's out of stock or want to know if we have something in your size from a past season, simply get in touch with our team at [email protected]!

Just send us a message with:

  • The product name or a clear description of the item.
  • The size you're looking for.

We'll take a look through our stockroom for you and see if we can find a match!

What makes a product 'Perfectly Imperfect'?

A “perfectly imperfect” item is still stunning and wearable, but may have a small flaw such as:

  • A light pull in the fabric
  • A faint mark
  • A loose thread

These imperfections are reflected in the discounted price.

Can I return a 'Perfectly Imperfect' product if I change my mind?

Yes! Our standard 14-day return policy applies. If you change your mind, you can return the item within the usual timeframe for a refund to your original payment method.

What if the item has an issue that wasn't mentioned?

We always do our best to list the specific flaws for each 'Perfectly Imperfect' item.

However, in the unlikely event that your dress has a different or unlisted fault, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the new issue at [email protected]. We will then get this sorted for you!

Can I return the product for a refund because of the described defect?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for the specific imperfection that was noted at the time of purchase. By purchasing the item, you are agreeing to accept the disclosed flaw.
