Can I exchange my Clearpay order? 

Yes, you are more than welcome to exchange your items! However, please note that your payment plan with Clearpay will remain active. You must continue to make your scheduled instalments until the original purchase price is paid in full. Your exchange value will be based on the original amount paid at checkout.

What if I choose Store Credit? 

If you return your order for store credit, your Clearpay payment plan will not be cancelled or refunded. You will receive a DMZ gift card for the value of your return, but you will still be responsible for completing all remaining instalments with Clearpay.

How do Refunds work? 

If you opt for a refund, we will notify Clearpay once your return has been processed. They will then refund any instalments you’ve already made and cancel or adjust any future payments. Until we have officially processed your return, you must continue to make your scheduled payments to avoid any late fees. 

However, to avoid being charged while your parcel is in transit, you can log into the Clearpay app and select Report a Return. This allows Clearpay to pause your upcoming payment.

Please ensure you keep your proof of postage safe until your refund is confirmed, as you remain responsible for your instalments until the return is officially completed.
