What is a pre-order?

Pre‑order items are styles that aren’t currently in stock but can be reserved in advance. This allows you to secure your favourite pieces before they arrive and ensures you’re among the first to receive them once they arrive in our warehouse.

How do pre-orders work?

• Payment is taken at the time of purchase.
• The estimated warehouse arrival date is shown on the product page.
• As soon as the item arrives with us, your order will be dispatched using the delivery method you selected.

Please note:
Pre‑order items cannot be shipped before they physically arrive with us.

Can I cancel or change my pre-order?

• You can cancel your pre‑order anytime before it is dispatched for a full refund.
• Once dispatched, our standard returns and exchange policies apply.
• If you need to change the size or item, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Important to know

• Replenishment dates are estimates and may change depending on supplier schedules or shipping delays.
• If your order contains both pre‑order and in‑stock items, everything will be dispatched together when the pre‑order item arrives.
• If you need an outfit urgently, we recommend choosing an in‑stock style to avoid delays.
