To ensure your order arrives in time for the bank holiday weekends, please place your order before the recommended dates listed below.
Our office and warehouse team will be busy dispatching orders right up until the Thursday (30th April & 21st May) before each scheduled bank holiday closure. We will then be closed for the bank holiday weekend and will reopen on the following Tuesday at 8:30am to process any orders placed during the closure.
Early May Bank Holiday (Monday 4th May 2026)
To ensure you receive your order before the first bank holiday weekend, we recommend placing your order by the following dates:

Important Delivery Information:
- Order Processing: Any orders placed after 1:00 PM on the Thursday before the bank holiday (30th April or 21st May) will begin processing on the following Tuesday.
- Courier Schedules: Most courier networks do not deliver on Bank Holiday Mondays. Please allow an extra 24–48 hours for tracking updates during these periods.
- International Customers: While we’ll always do our best, we cannot guarantee international orders will arrive in time for the bank holiday weekend due to overseas courier holiday schedules.
