What is a pre-order?

Pre-order items are pieces that aren’t currently in stock but can be reserved in advance. This means you can secure your favourite styles before they arrive and be among the first to receive them!

How do pre-orders work?

• When you place a pre-order, payment is taken at the time of purchase.
• The expected arrival date will be shown on the product page.
• Once the item reaches our warehouse, we’ll dispatch your order promptly with the delivery option you chose.
• Please note, pre-order items cannot be sent out before they physically arrive in stock.

Can I cancel or change my pre-order?

• You’re welcome to cancel your pre-order any time before it’s dispatched for a full refund.
• Once dispatched, our usual return and exchange policies apply.
• If you’d like to change size or item, please contact us [email protected] as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

• Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change depending on suppliers and shipping.
• If you order both pre-order and in-stock items together, we’ll dispatch everything at the same time when the pre-order arrives.
