At DressMeZee, we occasionally offer discount codes, promotional offers, influencer codes, and limited-time campaigns across selected products and collections. If your code isn’t working at checkout, the reasons below usually explain why.
Why isn’t my discount code working?
The code has been entered correctly
Discount codes must be entered exactly as shown at checkout. Please check for:
- Spelling mistakes
- Missing characters
- Extra spaces before or after the code
- Capital letters or special characters
Copying and pasting the code directly is often the best way to avoid errors.
Always double check your code for hidden spaces if you copy and paste from an email or Instagram!
The promotion may have expired
Many discount codes are only available for a limited time and will automatically stop working once the promotion ends.
Once a promotional period has ended, we are unfortunately unable to retroactively apply or extend the code.
Your shopping bag may not meet the promotional rules
Many promotional offers have specific terms attached. Please check if your order has any of the following:
- Minimum spend requirements (please note that shipping costs do not count towards this total)
- Excluded items, such as sale products, gift cards, or specific collection launches
- Another promotion already applied (only one discount code can be used per order, and adding a new code may automatically remove an existing offer)
The code may be single-use or customer restricted
Some promotions are:
- Single use only
- Limited to selected customers or accounts
- Restricted by region or country
- Available only through selected influencers or ambassadors
If the code has already been used, it may no longer work.
Why has my discount disappeared at checkout?
Discounts can sometimes disappear automatically if:
- Your bag no longer qualifies for the promotion
- An item becomes excluded from the offer
- Your bag total drops below the required minimum spend
- Another code or automatic discount is applied
- The promotion expired while you were checking out
We recommend reviewing your shopping bag carefully before completing payment.
Can I apply a discount code after placing an order?
Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be added once an order has been placed and confirmed. Please ensure all promotional codes are applied before completing checkout, as we’re unable to guarantee retrospective discounts once payment has been processed.
Do influencer or ambassador codes work on everything?
Some influencer or ambassador codes may only apply to selected full-price items and may exclude:
- Sale products
- New launches
- Limited collections
- Gift cards
Specific terms can vary between campaigns.
- Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds, or store credit.
- Promotions may be changed, restricted, or withdrawn at any time without notice.
- Codes cannot be transferred, resold, or combined unless specifically stated.
- Misuse of promotional codes may result in orders being cancelled or refused.
