Do you offer custom orders?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a bespoke or custom-made service, nor are we able to make individual alterations to our styles (such as changing a neckline, adding sleeves, or adjusting a hemline) prior to dispatch. All items are produced as designed to ensure the fit and quality remain consistent with our official size guides.

Independent Alterations

Some customers choose to have their items professionally tailored after purchase for a more personalised fit, which we completely understand - especially for special occasions.

However, please note, once a garment has been altered, modified, or tailored in any way, it is no longer eligible for a return or exchange, regardless of the reason. We recommend ensuring you are completely happy with the fit and quality of your item before proceeding with any independent alterations.
