Can I return more than one order in one parcel?Updated 21 hours ago

To ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible, we recommend returning each order separately. Each order should be returned using its own unique return label and tracking number, which can be generated via our returns portal. This ensures your return is tracked accurately and processed without delay.

Please note: If you choose to combine multiple orders into a single parcel, DressMeZee cannot accept liability for any losses. In the event that a combined parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will only be able to process refunds for the specific items successfully received and verified at our warehouse. We are unable to assist with missing item claims where individual tracking numbers were not utilised for each order.

Combining Returns by Using Your Own Courier:

If you choose to use your own courier service rather than our portal labels, we strongly recommend opting for a fully tracked service.

  • A tracked service allows us to verify the parcel weight against the contents.
  • Please retain your proof of postage until your refund has been fully confirmed.
