Our warehouse and office operate Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, and are closed on weekends and UK Bank Holidays.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of purchase.

If you’ve selected Next Day Delivery, please ensure your order is placed before 1:00pm during our operational hours to qualify for same-day dispatch. Any orders placed after this cut-off time will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note that orders placed over the weekend or on Bank Holidays will begin processing once we reopen, which may mean a slight delay.

During peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, or promotional sales, dispatch times may be longer than usual. Rest assured, we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
