If your parcel was undelivered and returned to us by the courier, please note the following:

Reasons for Return

Parcels are usually returned if the courier cannot deliver due to reasons such as an incorrect address, no one being available to accept the delivery, or access issues at the delivery location.

Most couriers make one or more delivery attempts. If these attempts are unsuccessful, parcels may be held for a limited time before being sent back to us.

Occasionally, we might not have detailed tracking information for returned parcels, especially if the courier’s system does not support full tracking.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned parcel, we will process a refund for the purchased items within 14 days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and additional handling charges may apply. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Reshipping Policy

We are unable to resend parcels that have been returned to us. If you still wish to receive your items, you will need to place a new order through our website.
