How are returns and refunds processed?Updated 25 days ago

We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations and you may wish to return it. We offer a 14-day return period for all orders starting from the day your order was delivered. Refunds are processed to the original payment method upon receipt of the returned item after it undergoes a thorough inspection. Please note that we do not offer reimbursements for the initial shipping costs, and deductions are made from the refund based on the return service used. However, if you choose to return the item via your own courier, no deductions will be made.

Items do not need to be in their original packaging for the return, but they should be packaged to prevent damage. Remember to include your invoice or order number, name, email, and the reason for the return inside your package. When using our online Return Portal, please enter your order number and select the item you wish to return.
