Why is my parcel being returned to sender?Updated a year ago
Your order could be returned back to us for a range of reasons including an incomplete delivery address or if customs duties are not paid.
If your order is returned to sender, then this will be processed as a return. Please allow up to 14 days from the date your order is delivered back to our warehouse for a refund to be issued.
If the parcel has been returned for reasons out of our control, for example the delivery address is incomplete, then postage costs will not be refunded.
