If you believe your item has not been delivered, please conduct all necessary checks including asking your household members or neighbors and check in/around your property. Upon confirming non-receipt, reach out to us for assistance. In the event of missing items, you will be required to agree with several statements for us to initiate an investigation with the courier, which may involve cooperating with higher authorities such as Loss Prevention and the Police. Any reimbursement as a result of this claim may be subject to further investigation, and we remind customers that fraudulent claims may lead to account suspension.
