- Check your email: After your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a delivery confirmation email with tracking details. If you don’t see this email, please check any spam or junk folders.
- Track your parcel: Use the tracking link provided to follow your parcel’s progress. Keep in mind that tracking statuses may sometimes update slowly or show “delivered” before you’ve actually received the package.
- Allow delivery time: Sometimes deliveries can take longer than expected due to courier delays, customs, or busy periods. Please allow the full estimated delivery timeframe before reaching out.
- Check with others: Confirm with family, housemates, or neighbours in case the parcel was left in a safe place or accepted on your behalf.
