We offer a 14-day return period for all orders starting from the day in which the orders are delivered. You can arrange your return through our portal using the following link: Return Portal.

Please include the following information with your return: your invoice or order number, your name and email, and the reason for the return. While you do not need to return the item in the original packaging, please ensure that it is packaged securely to prevent damage.

It's important to note that we do not reimburse initial shipping costs, and deductions might be made from your refund based on the service used unless the item is faulty. If you choose to return the item via your own courier service, no deduction will be made.

For items that arrived with a manufacturing fault, we provide options such as a partial refund, replacement, or repair depending on the individual case. Please contact us for further assistance.
