| How long do I have to pick up my order? | You can pick up your order within 7 days of it arriving at the DPD Pickup Point. |
| What happens if the order is not picked up? | If the order is not picked up after 7 days it will be returned to the retailer on the 8th day. |
| What do I need to do to pick up my order? | You will need to bring the DPD Pickup Pass, sent by DPD via email, with you when you collect your order. |

Please note that if an order remains uncollected, it will eventually be returned to us. However, the return process can take several weeks, and we cannot issue a refund until the package has been received back at our warehouse.
