Can I cancel or change my order if it has not been dispatched?Updated 8 months ago

If your order has not been dispatched, you may proceed to cancel it. However, once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you accidentally select a delivery option you did not intend, you may cancel the order and place a new one with the correct delivery option. Please note that refunds from cancelled orders can take a date range to reflect in your account. If you need to make adjustments to your order, or if it involves an exchange, it will be processed once the Warehouse Team has processed the new order, and you will then receive an email confirmation with the tracking information.
